Senior Lawyer for Public Commercial Law (m/w/d)

This also applies to matters relating to administrative, constitutional and external economic law. If the public authorities and other non-profit organisations are involved in all legal issues together with a strong team and look forward to a wide range of challenges.

For our Tax & Legal Solutions division, we are looking for you as a senior lawyer for public business law (w/m/d).

It's waiting for you Advice - You advise public actors, e.g. federal and state ministries, cities, municipalities and counties, companies at municipal level, in particular municipal works. Priorities - In the field of public economic law, the focus is on administrative law, local law and fee law (water, waste water and waste fees) as well as EU assistance and grant law. Tasks - You'll first report and official file. You examine complex contracts, conduct negotiations, enter authorities and courts and present tailor-made solutions for our clients. Leadership – You take over the leadership and further development of junior consultants and promote their professional growth.

That's what you bring You have demonstrated your legal qualification by two above-average examina.

You bring at least five years of experience in public business law and ideally the title specialist attorney for administrative law.

Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.

You have an understanding of business relationships in order to compete with the clients in such a way as to negotiate.
