Very good German knowledge, at least at language level C1 Complete training as a specialist or comparable qualification in the IT sector Embossed service orientation and diplomatic appearance as well as excellent Communication skills Funded knowledge in the common Microsoft Office applications and in Windows Desktop environment Structured working methods for error analysis and the desire to work on your own continuously optimize and efficiently design Experiences with CITRIX, SCCM and document management Software solutions First practical experiences in IT support are advantageous
