We are looking for a dedicated personality for our NFR team, which is responsible for central processes and instruments for identifying, evaluating and controlling non-financial risks. Your tasks: You are responsible for the central processes and methods for identifying, evaluating and controlling non-financial risks You tax the Bank's IKS You're puggling and developing the OpRisk disaster database as well as the NFR instruments in the GRC software You coordinate scenario analyses and control based on risk indicators You conduct the qualitative risk appetite for non-financial risks and develop them further You continuously develop NFR management and risk culture You are training employees and special functions on non-financial risks

You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Mathematics. If you bring another qualification in the field of operational risks or comparable training with corresponding experience, please contact us You bring multi-year professional experience in risk management, ideally focusing on non-financial risks, e.g. from consulting, auditing or a financial service provider You bring sound knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements with You work analytically, independently and convince with a high degree of self-initiative You perform sovereignly and value-estimating and can convey complex topics according to target groups You are delighted to actively promote non-financial risks in the team of Cyber Security & Non-Financial Risk
