Project control: You can safely navigate PV projects through all phases (budget, milestones, risk management). Interface: You ensure the flow of information between project teams, purchasing, management and partners. Purchasing & Processes: You drive procurement processes strategically and operationally and drive digital tools as well as KPI standards.

You will convince us: Your foundation: studies (economic/construction engineering, BWL) or a comparable qualification. Your base: Multiannual experience in project management or comparable, paired with practice in technical/operative purchasing. Your strengths: negotiating skills (contracting law, suppliers), analytical recklessness and cost awareness. Your Plus: Ideally, you bring expertise from the PV world - but this is not a must, we are working on you! The Mindset: German in Word and Writing (C1/C2) for internal and external communication and driving licence class B. And very importantly, you don't have to be a corporate person. But you should want to take responsibility and really shape things.
