Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Expansion of the business unit "Freelance" at Stuttgart
• Acquisition of projects in inventories and acquisition of potential new customers, including IoT, Industry 4.0 and Automation
• Leading selection talks by freelance expert:inside and co-supplier:inside
• Active networking and building a freelance network (to cover customer needs)
• Cooperation and exchange with colleagues on sourcing strategies and projects from our customers: in the form of service and work contracts
• Responsibility for the entire supply process including invitations to tender in supplier portals, creation of performance profiles and price negotiations on the customer's and freelancer pages

Your qualifications:

Convince us with your qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training, university studies or comparable qualifications
• First practical experience in the placement of freelancers or comparable experience in supplier management or in the purchase of services
• Affinity for IT topics
• Very good German and good English skills
• Power of persuasion, communication skills & ability to win people for themselves
