Project management from A to Z: You are responsible for construction, maintenance and modernization measures at our commercial properties - from planning to tendering to successful implementation Planning & construction monitoring: You coordinate the execution planning, monitor the construction design and ensure compliance with dates, costs and quality standards Call for tenders & awards: You first set up performance directories for engineering works, accompany awards professionally and tax external service providers Interface management: You work closely with infrastructure, technical building equipment as well as energy and security management and agree with authorities and external planners Documentation & Process Optimization: For a structured project documentation, you continuously develop structural processes Reporting: You report to the Facility Management team leader and ensure transparency about project stands

Qualification: You have completed or completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable specialist training with a professional training as a technician or master with relevant professional experience and further qualification Professional experience: You bring multi-year experience in construction or building management of commercial properties with Communication & Collaboration: You communicate clearly and purposefully and work with colleagues and external partners Responsibility: You take responsibility for your projects, work hard and engage with passion for your tasks Professional & System Knowledge: You have good knowledge in MS Office, CAD programs, ERP systems and facility management applications, are familiar with the relevant legal bases and keep your expertise up to date
