Your tasks:

• Operating and operating building equipment (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary, electric)
• Maintenance and repair of technical systems and systems

• Participation in the call readiness service to ensure system availability 24/7

This will bring you:

• Completed training as a plant mechanic for heating, air conditioning and plumbing technology, central heating and ventilation technicians or comparable qualification in the field of domestic engineering/building technology
• First professional experience in facility management, technical building equipment or cross-work activities of advantage
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Ready to call service (with additional remuneration)
