Workshop Controllers (m/f/d)

Digital acquisition and management of drawings as well as associated documents; if required, update in the system. creation and compilation of workbooks (signments, object / piece lists, techno leaves ...) in the digital environment; Release of production orders. Collection of deviations in the system and independent material management (composition, retrieval, order processing, availability check, relocations). ordering auxiliary materials and office supplies according to requirements; Documentation of unplanned material withdrawals. Collection of attendance and stamping times, maintenance of the digital attendance list and execution of completed messages in the system. coordination and close cooperation with specialists, AV, construction, warehouses and supervisors; Support in the field.

Completed vocational training as a skilled worker in the metal and workshop field, multi-year professional experience. Secure handling of PC (Windows) and SAP; Knowledge of Hydra of advantage. Experience in digital material management and in the production/management of production documents. Ability to independently process complex specialist tasks and make decisions within the prescribed framework. Embossed team and communication skills as well as cooperative work with different disciplines. Reliable, precise and responsible operation in digital documentation and appointment.
