These tasks are waiting for you: Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Immobilienmanagement is responsible for all tasks of the state property and asset management in the fields of land management, real estate and property, commercial facility management and general property management.

What do we expect from you? You are an official in the 2nd. QE of the Department of Administration and Finance (BL I), have completed training for the real estate businesswoman or a comparable training with professional experience in real estate. They have a constructive and technical understanding, bringing interest in real estate business issues with them and, at best, already have experience in the property management. In the fields of household & accounting you have already gained first experience. They have secure knowledge of standard EDV programs (MS-Office) and want to extend them to other applications (e.g. the BayLIS state property management system). They are a real team player, love direct customer contact and are open-minded as well as communication-friendly. You are willing to carry out business trips (Great Ingolstadt) – using public transport or the service-owned passenger car – and have a class B licence.
