In our special credit service department, we take responsibility for distressing engagements and develop individual solutions that are economically sensible and sustainable. We combine legal know-how with negotiation skills and a clear look at risks and opportunities. Our goal is to secure values and at the same time to cooperate fairly and professionally with all stakeholders.

Your tasks – we will inspire you You take care of customer relationships and develop solutions for stabilisation and optimization together with the responsible supervisors. You take care of the termination of business relationships, the recovery of credit collateral and implement targeted measures such as debt cancellation and enforcement. In close coordination with the supervisors, you conduct the written correspondence with law firms and other partners such as banks or insolvency administrations. You support the assessment of claims and actively contribute to the formation of value adjustments and depreciation, especially in the context of risk provision. You will also take care of the maintenance of important data for loss data collection and support in cross-departmental representations if necessary.

Your profile – this is how you inspire us You have a degree as a bank businesswoman, savings bank businesswoman or similar as well as at least. 2-3 years of professional experience. Ideally, you have already gained experience in commercial credit processing.
