Administrator Business Integration / Business Optimization (m/f/d)

You are responsible for organizing and monitoring the implementation of our customer business. You work as a link between different departments within the branch and optimize the business processes within and at the interfaces of the departments. You help to optimize existing business while respecting economic, qualitative and customer-oriented aspects. You create customer and consignment evaluations as a basis for decision-making and work for sales and production. You train customers with regard to our DACHSER own programs and create training documents.

You have completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services and relevant professional experience or a dual study in the field of BWL or the like, ideally with the focus on forwarding, transport, logistics. You have relevant professional experience in the field of warehouse management and logistics. You have good English skills. You are safe in handling modern IT equipment and have software understanding. Ideally, you will bring first experience in system implementation and software integration. A high degree of self-responsibility, enforcement capacity and communication strength complete their profile.
