Your responsibilities As Head of Department:in Transformation Control, you play a key role in shaping our future organization. You take responsibility for the strategic and operational development of our organizational structures and processes and thus contribute significantly to the successful implementation of our corporate goals. Main tasks include:

• Strategic Leader: (further)development and implementation of innovative organisational models that promote agility, efficiency and employee satisfaction
• Making transformation: Heading and controlling the structural and cultural transformation of the SIGNAL IDUNA Group
• Agile organization: Continuous development of our agile operating system, which enables our teams to react quickly and flexibly to changes
• Future structures: design and development of agile structures for the SIGNAL IDUNA Group
• Cooperation & Communication: Close cooperation with executives and employees: within all levels to successfully implement the transformation projects. Development and implementation of communication measures for the transparent presentation of changes
• Team leadership: leadership and development of a team of transformation experts

You

• has a degree in economics, economic informatics or a comparable qualification
• have profound professional experience in transformation control, ideally in the insurance industry
• can provide very good knowledge in the areas of organization design, change management, agile methods and the development of target images
• has experience in leadership and development of teams
• draws you through pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
• have a high degree of self-initiative, communication strength and enforcement capability
• have experience in stakeholder management at top management level
• has fluent German and good English knowledge in word and writing
