Creation of calculations and offers for projects of technical building equipment (TGA) and for building in stock Testing and evaluation of tenders, performance directories and customer requirements in technical facility management Professional support and follow-up of offers including follow-up skalkulation Costing of personnel, materials and subcontractors to ensure economic project offers Collection, evaluation and negotiation of offers from external service providers and suppliers

Technical studies in civil engineering, architecture, technical building equipment (TGA) or facility management Alternatively, a further development to the technician or master with prior technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic SHK / HKLS, heating engineer, gas and water installer, construction technician or comparable Professional experience in costing, supply processing or cost planning Knowledge of RIB iTWO, ORCA AVA, CaliforniaX, NEVARIS or comparable costing and AVA systems as well as safe handling of MS Excel Analytical way of thinking, structured working and pronounced cost awareness German knowledge at least on Level C1
