Your competence area Private customer advice (internal service) via e-mail and telephone – mainly for Japanese customers Supporting consultants in the cross-species contract and damage management for the private and health insurance of Japanese expatriates, e.g. B.

• Examination of contract documentation
• Premium collection and settlement, as far as brokerage collection is agreed
• Data management and booking of income from direct collection
• Collection of offers
• Installation and processing of damage (according, auditing, damage regulation)
• correspondence with customers and insurers
