Production Planner and Controller (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Planning and control of finished and semi-finished products for an associated production line • Timely disposition • master data management NAV • Maintenance of reporting and security stocks to optimize delivery service and stocks • Monitor slow and non-movers of finished products and semi-finished products • Replace MRP schedule proposals daily • Dynamic predictive production planning in the short and medium term range. Detection of bottlenecks in material flow and definition of measures • Proactive management for changes coming from both the demand and the supply side • Creating and changing production programs • Initiating necessary HV adjustments • Active participation in popular votes: Production Intercompany Klarlacke • Planning of production capacities taking into account the availability of raw materials, semi-finished products and large containers • Planning and control of tank occupancy • Create a rolling production plan (fine planning) • Ensuring an at least daily picture of the production plan • Escalation of end-critical problems with regard to goods exit dates • Cross-departmental control and prioritization in a bottleneck situation • Current and Reliable Date Care and Date Management of Manufacturing Orders • Close communication with SCM-CS / -DS, production department, raw material disposition, sales, development and QP • Monitoring and compliance with targets • Processing the durability data • Working to reduce the throughput times of the material flow • Use of Power BI Tool • Processing of SSPL objects • Representation of label printing • Participation in projects

Your qualifications: • Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification • Multiannual professional experience in manufacturing planning or production control • Knowledge of production processes, manufacturing technologies and work planning • Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP PP) and MS Office • Knowledge of Lean Management, REFA, MTM or Six Sigma • Experience in handling CAD or PDM systems of advantage
