We develop and manufacture premium sim balancing products that are valued worldwide for their innovative technology, uncompromising quality and exceptional processing. About 80% of our sales are achieved outside Germany.

BavarianSimTec is growing rapidly – and with our growth our commercial structures and challenges are growing. That is why we are looking for a commercial executive who takes responsibility, actively developing structures and shaping the future of our company together with us.

Your area of responsibility – Responsibility in an internationally growing companyAs a leading commercial force (m/w/d), you take a central role in our company. You control and develop our commercial processes, create structures for our further growth and ensure that our international daily business works reliably and efficiently. We are aware that hardly anyone from the first day dominates all these areas perfectly. We don't expect that either. It is crucial for us to understand the business, initiative and the willingness to take responsibility. We give you time and support for a thorough incorporation so that you can gradually grow into your tasks and responsibility. At the same time, you are the leader and maker: you coordinate, decide and develop processes – and you can also do it in an operational manner where it is necessary. Commercial responsibility & leadership: You coordinate our commercial processes, set priorities and develop structures, processes and responsibilities for our further growth together with the management. International Order Management: You are responsible for the processes from order to worldwide shipping and coordinate the cooperation with customers, traders and business partners – in German and English. Administration & Finance: You are responsible for central commercial processes such as accounting, payment transactions and preparatory accounting and are an interface to tax advisors, banks and other external partners. Purchasing, goods management & logistics: Together with development and production you coordinate purchasing, stocks and material supply. With around 80% export share, international logistics and customs are also part of our daily business. Digitization & Processes: We work almost paperlessly with Google Workspace, a cloud-based goods management system and a modern e-commerce platform. You not only use these systems, but you develop our digital and automated processes together with us. Teamwork: With us are short ways, open communication and mutual support. You work closely with management, development, production and our commercial team and contribute to a functioning whole from many individual tasks.

This brings you withWe are looking for a professionally experienced personality with hands-on mentality that wants to take responsibility and grow together with us. You don't have to master perfectly from the first day to every area. If you can answer most of the following points with “Yes” we should get to know each other. Commercial experience: You have a well-founded commercial training or a corresponding study and brings several years of professional experience in a commercial environment. Not only do you think in individual tasks, but you understand operational relationships and processes. Responsibility & leadership: You can take responsibility, set priorities, make decisions and coordinate tasks. First leadership experience is an advantage – but it is more important to us that you bring the potential and the will to take responsibility together with your team. Hands-on mentality: You're not too bad for yourself in a senior function. You recognize problems, seek pragmatic solutions and want to not only manage, but actively improve and advance things. Digital understanding: You feel comfortable in a digital and almost paperless working environment. Experience with cloud-based goods management systems, e-commerce platforms and modern collaboration tools is an advantage. It is crucial for us that you can quickly understand and keep thinking about digital processes. International profile: About 80% of our sales are achieved outside Germany. Therefore, you communicate safely and professionally in German and English – in writing as oral – with customers, traders, suppliers and business partners worldwide. Sim-Racing-DNA: Ideally you already know Sim Racing or Motorsport from your professional environment or personal passion. So you understand our products, our market and our customers all the faster. Team player: Despite your leadership, you are part of the team. You communicate openly, support others and work closely with management, development, production and the commercial sector.
