Own cooperation in the Group-wide operational implementation of settlement price guidelines, settlement price determination and margin monitoring of the segments, as well as the creation of transaction matrices and settlement price documentation in Germany and abroad Ensuring corporate tax compliance including the participation in international tax projects in close cooperation and coordination with the central tax department of the corporate mother, in particular with regard to transfer pricing Responsible for the supervision of the audit in Germany Own cooperation with M&A transactions and other projects from a tax perspective Consultation and support in the design/ implementation of local transactions and review of intra-group transactions Processing and coordination of inquiries on sales tax, corporate tax, commercial tax and other types of tax with the central tax department of the corporate mother Cooperation in international teams and close cooperation with the Central Tax Division of the Group Mother in multilateral projects

Complete economic studies with a focus on taxes/invoicing Finded professional experience in the field of billing prices in industry, in the group or in consulting Professional experience in the international environment/team Safe and professional appearance and very good communication skills Analytical, structured and independent working methods Teamability, emotional competence, commitment and strong sense of responsibility Advantageous tax consultant exams or comparable qualifications flowing German and English skills in word and writing, another foreign language is advantageous
