Project Manager Software Development PLC (m/f/d)

ekvip automation GmbH is a software house for machine and plant engineering based in Leipzig and subsidiaries in the USA and in Sarajevo. We develop TwinCAT-3-Frameworks (including our open source framework cinnamon), C# applications for the machine and line level as well as services around commissioning. Our guiding principle is simple: we design automation.

Your tasks

• Operational control and implementation of automation projects in the international mechanical engineering environment – from request intake to rollout
• Coordination and communication with internal departments, customer companies and external service providers
• Ensuring time, budget and quality objectives across all project phases
• Analysis of existing processes and derivation of software requirements in close cooperation with engineering
• Claim and Change Management
• Preparation and implementation of project workshops, status meetings and training
• Documentation, monitoring and reporting to management
• Handling intercultural teams

Your profile

• Complete studies in the field of (economic) informatics, mechanical engineering, economics or comparable qualifications
• Multiannual experience in operational IT project management, ideally in industrial or mechanical engineering environment
• Technical understanding of production processes, system architectures and interfaces
• German and English knowledge in word and writing
• High readiness for international projects
