The successful candidate wants to manage executive-level administrative responsibilities, coordinate department-wide organizational activities, and act as a key point of contact between the SVP and both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage the SVP's schedule, meetings, travel, communications, and meeting minutes Track and ensure follow-ups on key actions and deadlines. Act as a liaison between the SVP and both internal and external stakeholders. Handle administrative and organizational tasks for the GQA department. Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial planning for the department Handle invoice processing for suppliers, authorities, and service providers. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documents for senior leadership Organize departmental events including summits, workshops, and team gatherings. Keep GQA pages on United and SharePoint up to date and well-maintained. Support internal communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging.

Proven supporting experience senior leadership or coordination project in a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), SAP, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint). Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently. Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity. Resilience and the ability to composed under pressure.
