As an assistant staff service (m/w/d) in the service delivery sector, you have the opportunity to develop yourself in a versatile way - you support the service team that provides numerous outsourcing services for our (large) customers As a service-oriented respondent, you take over administrative tasks in the context of the occupation and onboarding process of external employees with our customers You are responsible for data management and data quality in Hays internal systems as well as in customer systems. You create different types of documents and ask for further processing As an interface for internal colleagues, partly also for customers, suppliers and external employees, you help to clarify open questions Your ideas help to question and optimize processes

You bring at least one completed training, have experience with administrative processes and ideally experience with Excel and working with various IT systems.
