Accounting Clerk (m/w/d) Real Estate Management

You bring order into each rental account and clarity into each bill? For our customers, a real estate administration based in Bielefeld, we are looking for a direct setting at the next time (m/w/d) Immobilienverwaltung. The job is to be carried out in parttime between 15 and 20 hours. Do you want to introduce your experience in accounting flexibly into part-time and look for a new challenge in real estate? You take off payment transactions and take care of invoice creation You book sales from rental and WEG management reliably and correctly You first set up bills and prepare annual accounts for co-owners You manage bails, set up business plans and take over receivable management You communicate professionally with tenants, owners, energy suppliers and tax advisors

Experience in accounting ideally in the field of real estate management or house management A structured, careful way of working and a good understanding of figures Safe handling of common office applications and possibly House management software Team spirit, initiative and desire for a nice, small team Availability for 1520 hours per week Working hours according to arrangement JOBV1_EN
