Personal and professional management of the urban development and mobility department with currently 9 employees Strategic management through informal concepts, formal planning and cooperative projects to secure municipal goals for the development of the city Strategic development and optimisation of internal organisation Organisation and content development of civic participations in the framework of plan procedures Project management for development projects of fundamental importance Preparation of complex issues of responsibility as a draft decision for the management board and political bodies

Completed studies (Master / Diploma [Univ.]) of the Department of Urban Planning, Spatial Planning, Architecture, Project Development, Geography, Mobility and Transport or Comparable Studies. A closed referendum with 2nd state examination is desirable Multiannual professional and managerial experience in urban development and mobility, preferably in public administration The ability to implement complex projects and projects in a systematic, structured and timely and budget-compliant manner Knowledge and legal skills and very good skills in design aspects of architecture and urban planning Impressed communication skills, negotiation skills, sovereign appearance and experience in dealing with political bodies and citizens
