Tax Manager Value Added Tax / VAT (m/f/d)

Control and responsibility: You tax our external tax consultants, check the generated sales tax declarations for domestic and foreign countries and are central contact for financial authorities, auditors and our asset managers as well as property managers. Sales tax support: You enter a diverse international real estate portfolio over the entire investment cycle – from purchase to sale. This includes in particular:The monitoring of §15a UStG documentation in SAP Determining the pre-tax damage for tax-free rental as a basis for the rental calculation Active sales tax accompaniment of real estate transactions

Process optimization and design: You use your proactive method of designing and automating sales tax processes. You work closely with our specialist departments and IT as well as external partners to efficiently implement VAT requirements. Advice and communication: With your expertise, you will advise internal specialist departments as well as external partners such as investors and asset managers on complex sales tax issues and transfer your knowledge to the company.

Passion and qualification: You have a passion for sales tax, supported by a completed training (e.g. for tax specialist (m/w/d), account holder (m/w/d)) or a study with a tax focus. Experience found: You bring multi-year, relevant professional experience in the field of turnover tax, ideally collected in the real estate industry, a tax consulting or auditing company. Tool affinity: Safe handling of the sales tax law, complex Excel calculations and common Microsoft Office applications is of course for you. You already have experience with SAP and ideally also with Power BI. First contact points with the automation of tax processes or AI applications are a plus. Personality: As a strong team player with a strong sense of responsibility and economic understanding, you work structured and precise. You like to take the initiative and drive themes autonomously and proactively.
