Market food innovatively and sustainably, from project management to quality testing: The dual study with us is as colorful as our fruits.

The theoretical and practical phases at the DHBW Heilbronn and at our Fresh and Logistics Centre in Ettlingen (near Karlsruhe) are geared to a solid qualification for all business tasks in the food industry during your 3-year study. In addition to subjects such as accounting and marketing, you will learn about the Farm-to-Fork process, the main product groups, consumer protection issues and quality assurance in the food industry.

As a student at SanLucar, you will be involved in work processes from the outset and be allowed to take responsibility. You will get to know the structures of an internationally active company and a variety of tasks, which also includes a multi-week study block/stay at our main location in Valencia. (Spain)

After three vitamin-rich years, you complete your studies as Bachelor of Arts (BWL) with the Food Management department and can grow together with us as a qualified specialist and manager.
