Senior IT Expert/Team Lead IT Infrastructure & Operations (m/w/d) LetMeRepair is one of the leading after sales specialists in consumer electronics in Germany and Europe. Our range of services includes both warranty and warranty service repairs and logistics services. Based on our long-term and equally successful work with over 600 employees in 9 countries, we are able to keep pace with the constantly changing requirements of the industry. One of the cornerstones of our success is the largely in-house developed software systems and the associated IT infrastructure. For infrastructure we are now looking for reinforcement for the position as a leading system administrator.

Your tasks:

Responsibility for the smooth operation and monitoring of our Group-wide IT infrastructure (servers, clients, storage, networks, cloud, applications) and IT security, as well as enforcement, documentation and control of data protection and IT policies Multi-site lifecycle management of the hard and software platforms Leadership of the small, international team in the field of system administration / infrastructure Project management for all IT infrastructure projects Coordination of external service providers Contact person for corporate management in IT topics

You'll bring it with you at best:

Completed studies of (economic) informatics, training as a specialist (d/m/w) or comparable training, and/or multiannual relevant professional experience Very good knowledge of LAN&WAN, Microsoft on-Premises (AD, IIS, Exchange- & SQL-Server), VMWare or Hyper-V, backup, security software, monitoring Hands-On Experience with Server & SAN Hardware Linux knowledge of advantage Basic knowledge Programming (independent of languages) First experience in personnel management, and in the successful planning, management and implementation of projects Very good knowledge of German and English, coupled with strong communication skills and readiness Methodological and structured working with high problem-solving competence, analytical thinking, and a cool head when it comes to “hot” Flexibility in working with complex, grown systems Experienced service orientation and a pronounced initiative General readiness to travel to European branches (if necessary)
