As Senior Consultant in Insurance AI (m/w/d), you play a central role in identifying and implementing AI applications in the insurance environment. You combine professional process understanding with AI competence and accompany customers from the first idea to the successful implementation. You identify and prioritize AI potentials along key insurance processes such as damage, performance and sales and develop concrete use cases with measurable business impact Together with the customer, you evaluate the technical, technical and regulatory suitability of applications and transfer them to a structured roadmap You develop and optimise prompt-based solutions for real insurance applications, e.g. in claims trial, performance testing or customer communication You create the basis for using modern AI models by structuring insurance knowledge and making it usable for approaches such as RAG You take over the interface function between discipline and AI technology, structuring requirements, formalizing user stories and accompanying technical acceptances In addition, you moderate workshops and present results on management and C levels to enable sound decisions and build confidence in AI solutions
You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, BWL with IT reference or a comparable qualification You bring experience as an insurance consultant, business analyst or in a digitalization role and have already worked with AI technologies such as LLMs, automation or comparable tools. You work independently in the project everyday, recognize next steps proactively and take responsibility without tight guidelines You can safely move between specialist and technology and translate requirements in both directions You communicate clearly and addressably – from technical discussion to presentation at board level – in German and English
