Supply Chain Specialist / Customer Service (m/f/d)

• Your responsibility lies in order processing for customers assigned to you – you ensure their time and quantity-based delivery • You are the central contact partner*in (m/w/d) for all concerns relating to the service for customers you are looking for. Actively coordinate delivery dates, customer requests, complaints, project calls and outsourcings and agree closely with customers and internal departments • Supporting colleagues (m/w/d) in sales and production planning to vote on demand development and customer plan figures. To do this, you actively collect information from our customers and prepare them for planning • You will clarify open items and inventory differences in order processing and create credits and charges • You maintain master data in the ERP system and keep it up to date

• You already have experience in the field of customer service / supply chain or want to use and expand your acquired commercial expertise in this area

• You have a look for the essentials and communicate actively and clearly understandable in German and English (further language skills are of advantage)

• With the usual Microsoft Office applications, you know – knowledge of working with an ERP system (especially Navision) is advantageous

• You are a team player with an optimistic basic attitude. Your team can count on you even in difficult situations

• You work in a targeted, solution-oriented and structured manner – You keep customer orders and – always in sight and keep a cool head and a good sound even in stressful situations

• You learn quickly and build your knowledge independently and continuously
