Accounts Payable Team Leader (m/f/d)

As Team Management Accounting (m/w/d) you take over the leadership and development of the team and ensure a smooth running of the creditoric processes. In addition, you are responsible for the processing of invoices, driving the optimization and digitization of the processes forward and assisting in the production of evaluations and key figures. Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the creditor accounting team Control and ensure efficient, timely accounting and payment processes Optimization and digitization of processes and implementation of new systems and tools Processing of complex issues in creditor and payment transactions Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements Cooperation with departments, banks and auditors, and support for financial statements Creation of evaluations and key figures for process control

A successfully completed commercial vocational training or a successfully completed study Multiannual professional experience in financial or creditor accounting and well-founded experience in managing teams Routinized handling of MS-Office, especially Excel Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation with a pronounced understanding of the process Communication strength, enforcement capacity and joy in managing and developing employees
