You are part of our HQ Recruiting Setup and work on building the core team of Buena. You identify exciting talents about Active Sourcing & Outreach and bring structure to the top of the tunnel. You screen profiles and applications and prepare candidates so that fast, good hiring decisions are possible. You work on recruiting tunnels, processes and tools and help make them constantly smarter. Together with the team, you develop new ideas on how to discover top talents at an early stage and inspire Buena.
High level of ownership, drive and communication strength. Strong interest in recruiting and digital products. Very good German knowledge (C2) as well as reliable English knowledge in word and writing. You are immediately available and can start at short notice.
