The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the real estate policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. In our portfolio management division there are many varied tasks: strategic planning, propulsion of renewable energies, new housing, expert and service services, as well as contamination management. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (same status or the next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF). The agricultural review services, which are located in the portfolio management division, are responsible for the production of expert opinions and expert opinions in the thematically wide range of agriculture.

They produce valuations, expert opinions and expert opinions related to the purchase and sale and the management of agriculturally used land (transport value / lease value and compensation value determination) They work out opinions and consultations in all agricultural issues You create maps with the geoinformation system They write business economic calculations and evaluations

Qualification: They have completed university studies (Dipl. [FH]/ Bachelor) in the field of agriculture/agricultural science or a technically comparable qualification. Competences: They are ideally experiencing agricultural value determination and knowledge in the following areas: EU agricultural policy regulations, agricultural practice, agriculture and business They have specialist knowledge in the following legislation: construction lawbook, property valuation regulation, valueR, BRW-RL, VW-RL, compensation directives agriculture (LandR 19), ornamental references (ZierH 2000), federal highway law, state appropriation laws, Land acquisition law, pipeline guidelines, Land lease law You have business and financial mathematics knowledge Ideally you have experience with SAP and GIS You control the IT standard applications (Microsoft Office), especially Microsoft Excel Other: You have a thorough and careful operation with high reliability They have good organizational skills and the ability to think and act economically They bring the ability to work into changing tasks You have a good understanding They have their own initiative and ability to work creatively and conceptually They also work independently, thoroughly and target-oriented with increased workflows Your expression in word and writing is good and you have a pronounced communication capability They bring good design skills in the preparation and presentation of work results with (graphic; layout) In addition to customer/addresse-oriented behaviour, you will show pronounced and targeted negotiation skills They bring the ability to act in a team-oriented manner and are both criminal and socially-competent You have a good judgment, connected with the ability to make decisions and take responsibility They have a class B/3 driver's licence and are ready to operate motor vehicles independently They have the willingness to carry out part-time multi-day service trips and to participate in one-day and multi-day training events throughout the federal territory
