What you can move with us Trade fair logistics & coordination: You coordinate the entire trade fair logistics for national and international events and ensure the smooth running of all processes. Trade fair opening and dismantling: You support the professional opening and dismantling of international trade fairs and ensure the timely implementation. Schedule and execution planning: You plan and coordinate packaging, shipping and return processes efficiently and on time. Shipping & Customs Documentation: You create and maintain packing lists, shipping documents and customs documents (e.g. Carnet ATA, proforma invoices, CIPL etc.). Material & Pattern Management: You are responsible for the preparation, maintenance and maintenance of product samples, functional models, advertising materials and other trade fair materials. Interface & Stakeholder Coordination: You agree closely with internal specialist areas such as marketing, product management, technology, production and warehouses and coordinate cooperation efficiently and in a targeted manner.
