What you do with us

• You are responsible for the commercial and contractual contents of our customer service, develop them further and develop complex accounting based on customer contracts. That's why you're building a suitable reporting.
• Your focus is on cloud services – private data center and public. You accompany project teams in the integration of new services and coordinate service-specific adaptations with the specialist teams as well as the support of IT systems.
• As a central contact for service management within the business unit, you develop processes and documentation templates, coach the team and act as a multiplier.
• Monitoring and reporting of agreed service-level agreements and key figures is one of your tasks as well as performing a continuous service controlling.
• You are the first service-based documentation and are responsible for the 2nd level support as well as the operation including the associated service components. You also establish new processes.
• Your commitment extends beyond unit boundaries to reach our strategy goals. You will be happy to go the extra mile for a positive customer experience.

When we make big eyes

• You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on (economic) informatics, business management or comparable training and have already gained several years of experience with ITSM processes as well as the service and customer life cycle.
• Terms such as firewall rules, VPN connections, virtual servers, active directory domains and container applications are very familiar to you.
• You are versed in presentation techniques, familiar with the design and execution of workshops and performs service-oriented as well as targeted.
• Also in challenging situations, you keep a cool head, trade solution-oriented and are a strong team player.
• You speak fluent German and ideally good English.
