Investments & Strategy Support and further development of our private equity programs Identification, analysis and preselection of investment opportunities Implementation and monitoring of due diligence processes Development of investment and portfolio strategies including own proposals Current monitoring and evaluation of existing fund and direct investments

Portfolio & Financial Management Liquidity planning at total portfolio level Evaluations, analyses and policy bases for investment Regular reporting to management

Network & market presence Building and maintaining a resilient investment network Participation in relevant industry events and conferences Market observation and thematic identification Governance & Organization Preparation and organisation of Supervisory Board meetings Creation of reports and decision documents Support for management in strategic and operational topics

Multiannual experience in private equity, equity, M&A, corporate finance or asset management Fund and direct investment Experience in due diligence, financial analysis and reporting Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial understanding Structured, independent and at the same time pragmatic Joy of solution-oriented work, responsibility in small, agile structures Network and communication strength Willingness to take over any topics – Keep an overview of the operational basis Hands-on mentality We are looking for an experienced personality that takes responsibility, thinks and actively shapes our further development
