Junior Manager – Business Development & Strategy (m/f/d)

The role is of initiative and co-design. You combine medical expertise with entrepreneurial thinking and get active instead of working. Directly on the side of our management, you will experience firsthand how entrepreneurial decisions arise – and at the same time work hands-on with our teams on ongoing projects. Together with our teams, you are questioning existing methods and approaches to achieve our business goals. In particular, the following tasks result from this role: Close cooperation with management, including knowledge transfer to strategy, processes and decision making Support and management of cross-departmental projects – from strategic planning to operational implementation Observation and assessment of market trends, regulatory developments and the competitive environment in the field of digital therapeutics and health management Participation in preparing business decisions Critical, constructive arrangement of existing assumptions and processes Analysis of existing processes with a fresh look, identification of inefficiencies and design of modern, digitally supported workflows and optimization proposals

Dual studies (e.g. health management) or a comparable combination of medical and economic background 2–3 years of professional experience, supplemented by relevant internships Hands-on mentality, critical thinking and the willingness to take responsibility Decisions joy and reliability Curiosity and interest in professional and personal development Very good knowledge of German and English
