Customer Service (m/w/d) in fulltime or parttime

Your tasks as a customer service employee:

• Consumption of service orders and customer-oriented solution processing
• Individual telephone consultation of customers and interested parties
• Help with technical requests from end customers and specialist dealers via telephone
• Telephone and written response to internet requests and customer letters
• General administrative activities

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed commercial training and/or first experience in a service-oriented, commercial profession
• Good computer skills and technical interest, or Basic understanding
• Very good linguistic expressiveness and a pleasant, professional phone voice
• Embossed team skills and flexibility
• readiness to learn and a high degree of self-motivation
• willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (all 4 to 6 weeks, supplements and compensation days are granted)
