Operation, development and modernization of our on-premise infrastructure (server, virtualization, storage, backup) Further development of our hybrid IT infrastructure with connection to Microsoft Azure, Entra ID and Intune Migration and integration of selected systems in cloud services (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure) Administration and development of network architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewall, VPN) Ensuring security and compliance requirements (including GMP, NIS2) Working with Security Architectures and Protection Measures (IAM, Segmentation, Hardening, Zero Trust) Management and Development of Endpoint Management via Microsoft Intune Conception, planning and technical implementation of infrastructure and IT projects Combining architecture decisions and technical concepts Monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis in infrastructure and network environments 3rd level support and technical support for complex issues

Completed IT degree or comparable training with relevant professional experience Experience in operating on-premise infrastructures (server, virtualization, storage, backup) Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint, Exchange) and Intune Experience in the operation and design of networks (Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, etc.) Understanding Modern Security Concepts (Zero Trust, IAM, Network Segmentation, Hardening) Experience in handling hybrid IT infrastructures (On-Premise & Cloud) Experience with VMware, Veeam Backup or comparable technologies is beneficial Experience in independent design, planning and implementation of technical IT projects Embossed Hands-on-Mentality and the willingness to advance themes pragmatically and solution-oriented High service orientation and joy in sustaining support for colleagues in technical challenges Structured and analytical work and responsibility awareness Good knowledge of German and English
