Contact person for construction finance management customers Appropriate and timely credit management in the field of residential building financing from contract repatriation to complete loan style and release of collateral Processing and testing of customer orders for existing loans in the construction finance sector from the different input areas General telephone and written correspondence of credit processing from contract return Management, modification and approval of credit collateral and settlement of loan accounts Processing of incidental charges/deficit damages and non-recognition compensation Creation of non-arial documents in credit processing (e.g. deletion permits, assignment declarations etc.) Processing of prolongations Monitoring of the payment requirements and approval and implementation of the valuting including the funding payment calls Value adjustments in the private real estate sector (within the small loan ceiling)

completed training as a banking businessman or comparable commercial training with a professional qualification Knowledge and professional experience in the field of private customer credit business Analytical judgment and thinking in conjunction with a safe risk assessment Team and communication skills Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
