M&A transactions: Accompanying business purchases and sales for strategic investors and private equity funds (Due Diligence to Closing) Corporate/Communistance Law: Consultation on current issues of corporate/cooperative law, restructuring and corporate governance Disputes & organ liability: Representation of our clients in national courts in case of company disputes and organ liability cases Negotiations: Participation in contract negotiations and direct contact person w/m/d for clients
