As part of the training offered, you have the opportunity to acquire two vocational qualifications within only three years: After two years, you will submit the exam to the merchant for insurance and financial assets (m/w/d). After another year, you will acquire the academic degree of a Bachelor of Science Financial Service (m/w/d). The training takes place at the RheinMain University in Wiesbaden and in our company. While you are studying business at the university with a focus on insurance and financial management, you will be optimally introduced into the working practice of an insurance company in the operational phases. In addition, parts of the theoretical training content are provided by the vocational training work of the insurance industry (BWV Rhein-Main). With the successful completion of your studies, you will then have the necessary equipment to allow your career to take the right ride, because we have a lot to do with you.
