For the Girocard automation organization unit we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hanover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site Business Analyst Girocard Authorization (m/w/d). Note: the department is primarily represented in Münster.

Our department develops and is responsible for the authorization of over 50 million. SparkassenCards for all savings banks throughout Germany. We are responsible for applications over 4 billion. Payment transactions processed per year. Be part of the team that takes care of the authorization of the SparkassenCard with passion and supports us, among other things, in modernizing, operating and developing the necessary applications.

Development and coordination of concepts with stakeholders, for product developments in the environment of the SparkasseCard Advising customers and processing of customer requests, focusing on the professional support and further and new development of the application(s) in the context of card payment methods at the POS (Point of Sale) and in e/m-commerce Process design and coordination of interface management with internal and external partners of girocard automation applications, initiate technical coordination and develop new solutions together with the team Takeover of activities at all stages of product development, annual planning, evaluation and implementation planning, project initiation and project implementation Analysis of market trends and deriving recommendations for action to improve the customer journey

Successfully completed subject-related studies or comparable training At least two to three years of professional experience in the savings banks/bank or IT environment Experience in the care and optimization of existing products Ability to develop and coordinate concepts with stakeholders in more complex requirements Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving competence Communication and presentation strength as well as team skills
