As a specialist team management network and equipment (HS/MS) (m/w/d), you conduct the operation and maintenance of the high-voltage and medium-voltage systems and networks of a network area in a disciplined and professional manner. You take over the management and coordination of the operation of the power supply infrastructure and of the facilities within the responsible network area to ensure the security of supply You are responsible for the implementation of maintenance, repairs and decommissioning measures on their own supply systems and networks, facilities and services You conduct the specialist team in a disciplined and professional manner, plan personnel deployments and carry out qualification measures and predictive personnel development measures as well as employee discussions You carry out budget responsibility for the specialist team, perform process and resource optimizations and provide the strategic orientation and development of the specialist team You are responsible for operating and plant documentation in the framework of permits, legal requirements and in the course of maintenance measures carried out
