Real Estate Expert – Focus on Energy & Environment (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the technical processing and further development of energy and environmental management in the housing sector. In this context, you will support the aim of improving CO2 balance (decarbonization path, PV expansion, energy measures in stock). You create analyses, key figures/reportings, standards and accompany our regional areas in implementation. This includes the following core tasks: Energy/Environment: You develop technical specifications, standards and decision templates, develop these further and process internal/external requests. CO2‐ /Energy Controlling & Analytics: You create consumption, cost-effectiveness and benchmark analyses incl. Sort-actual comparison. To do this, set action priorities and direct optimization potentials. Key figures & Reporting: As a basis for decision-making for austerity/department lines, you build a key figures and reporting system and continuously develop it. Decarbonization & Action Programmes: At CO2 supplementation and action dissipation you will also work. In addition, you support the implementation of energetic measures in the housing sector (assessment of action packages, prioritisation, monitoring of target contributions). PV /energy generation contributions (interface function): For the identification, evaluation and follow-up of PV potentials in the residential portfolio, you are working too. Energy procurement & operational support: In this field, you coordinate and control demand queries for energy procurement and support administrative tasks in energy controlling. Governance/Compliance & Audits: To ensure compliance with legal standards, coordinate/moderate audits, working groups and workshops and develop/ update process and work instructions. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace, service travels, amounting to about 5 – 20 days per year, also throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: You have completed university education in the business sector with the focus on real estate, utility, energy and environmental technology, architecture, economic engineering, energy management (Bachelor of Engineering) or a comparable qualification. Competences: You have operational and property knowledge. You bring knowledge of economic considerations. You have Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge. Their knowledge in the field of environmental and energy law is well-founded (e.g. BGB, Building Energy Act, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, Contract Law). Other: You have a thorough and careful operation with high reliability. You have good organizational skills and the ability to think and act economically. You also work independently, thoroughly and targeted at increased work. Their expressiveness in word and writing is good and you have a pronounced communication capability. You bring the ability to act in a team-oriented manner and are both criminal and socially-competent.
