The Shared Production Unit (Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH) is the joint production unit and part of a global group of companies from ZEISS. Your duties You realize state-of-the-art industrial solutions in a fast changing and agile environment

They are responsible for the development and implementation of concepts for partial and total processes in the assembly environment

As part of your activities, you work closely with manufacturing, work preparation, logistics and development

They plan, taxes and monitoring projects, which cover the entire life cycle of their own resources, taking into account technical, temporal, organisational, regulatory and economic aspects

Together with the controlling, you develop the investment decision templates for new resources

Completed, technical studies, for example in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or industrial engineering

Customer-oriented, friendly, flexible, structured, conceptual and independent working, coupled with team, communication and enforcement capability is your strength

Due to your many years of experience in the industrial environment, you are routined in planning, design and implementation, as well as monitoring complex overall processes

They have a well-founded knowledge of Lean Management, methods of quality management and first experience in managing smaller projects

Analytical methods and the ability to solve problems and familiarity with agile development methods are known and tested

Practical experience in the field of construction, preferably with Creo Parametric (former Pro/ENGINEER) and SAP (PP/ECTR) are desirable

Knowledge of German in word and writing at language level C1 or better to accompany this position
