Then ADAC Luftrettung gGmbH will offer you a varied activity in assistance (w/m/d) in the new, state-of-the-art campus of Oberpfaffenhofen Airport, the Bavarian Aerospace Location. In the fascinating environment of maintenance operations for ADAC helicopters and modern flight and rescue simulators, you help us with the best possible and competent support of our flying personnel. Planning and coordination of training - You support the organizational planning of training and check flights for our aviation personnel, especially pilots and TC-HEMS, and are available as competent and creative contact. Office Management - You keep an overview of the Office: especially in the event of deadlines, regulations and administrative and organizational tasks. You plan ahead and help us improve or rethink existing workflows. Data analysis and evaluation - You prepare evaluations and statistics using different programs for the planning of training measures and independently process requests from the field of training. Participation in project management - You actively participate in internal projects such as the introduction and development of new software solutions and contribute to continuously improving processes and processes. In addition, you support special tasks and bring you creative and active with your ideas.

The theory sits - you have a completed commercial, management or technical training and could already gain professional experience in a comparable area. You can ideally prove your enthusiasm for aviation. Know-How – The use of different software is a priority: You bring a safe handling of common MS Office programs and very good knowledge in dealing with teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and are open to the nucing of company-specific application software. You don't have any fears of touch when you use common IT hardware (e.g. ipads). Communication - Your knowledge of German lies in C1 level and good English skills make you confident in every situation. Creativity - You convince by unconventional, pragmatic solutions and are particularly flexible in time.
