the personal consultation and care of our patients/family within the framework of visit on site or by telephone incl. progress report, expert assessment, documentation and supply of chronic and complex wounds, the training and guidance of medical professionals, relatives and other caregivers in dealing with EB issues and individual wound care; close cooperation with our indoor patient managers to ensure complete supply of dressing materials, aids and pharmacies; continuous coordination with treating health professionals to evaluate healing processes and treatment adaptations; and the establishment and sustainable maintenance of a regional network with all professional groups involved in patient care to ensure a holistic and coordinated care.

a completed training, e.g. as MFA (m/d/w), health and nursing (m/d/w), nursing (m/d/w) or a comparable qualification, ideally an additional qualification in the field of wound management or experience in the supply of chronic wounds, a high degree of empathy, sense of responsibility and joy in working with patients, strong organisational and planning capabilities as well as an independent operation; very good knowledge of German in word and writing, secure PC identifiers (MS Office, digital documentation), a class B driving licence and the readiness to carry out national activities; then you are right with us.
