Your challenge Technical and disciplinary responsibility for a sub-area of interchangeable filter production in compliance with and implementation of all relevant operational, legal, tariff and regulatory requirements Responsibility for on-time execution of production orders in terms of quality and quantity Cross-layer organization of the sub-area according to economic aspects (e.g. personnel, machine and material use) Responsibility for the defined key figures of the sub-area (plant use, quality indicators, production costs etc.) Optimization of production processes by initiation of appropriate CVP measures Ensuring machine availability within the subarea by introducing maintenance and TPM measures Contact with other departments (e.g. maintenance, purchasing, quality) and coordination of any measures (e.g. maintenance of a plant, reworking) with its area Discipline management of the staff of the responsibility area

Your profile Education: Successfully completed technical training incl. Continuing training for industrial master metal or state-tested technicians Engineering or completed studies in engineering Experience: At least five years of relevant professional experience, preferably first leadership experience as a shift leader or sub-sector manager The necessary knowledge and skills can also be acquired in other ways

Expertise: Understanding production processes, material flow and material flow Knowledge of the Production Basic Methods Experience in connection with interchangeable filter production desirable Secure handling of MS-Office and SAP

Language knowledge: flowing German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Personality: Representative social competence and a high degree of self-initiative Team and enforcement capability Loadability and flexibility
