Police Law Officer – SIS R 32-3 (m/f/d)

At the Senator for Internal Affairs and Sport, in the section 3 “Public Security” in the section 32 “Police Law” at the closest possible time, the position is as Referent:in (m/d) ‘Police law’ Group A 14 BremBesO / Group 14 TV-L Reference number: SIS R 32-3 indefinitely. The job is suitable for parttime work. The grouping is carried out by 14 TV-L with a guaranteed entry fee of €0.03.49 gross/month for full-time employment. In addition to the remuneration group, the fee in the TV-L depends significantly on the level allocation. This depends on your previous professional experience. The step assignment is always an individual case calculation and will be transparent to you before signing the contract. The entire fee table can be found in Appendix B of the TV-L. Department 3 at the Senator for Internal Affairs and Sport is responsible for the areas of police, fire brigade, rescue service, civil defence and cyber security. In Unit 32 and on this function, tasks of police law and non-compulsory procedures are dealt with. With a small share, the tasks in the area of the ZIMS (Central Internal Reporting Centre for Editors) are also carried out in accordance with the EU-Whistleblower Directive (Directive EU 2019/1937).

You are responsible for police law. In addition, you will process the affairs of the police/deporting custody, the removal of funds and the police enforcement service of fundamental legal importance (including police information processing, contracts and administrative arrangements, unless the subject matter of the expert reports) In addition, you are responsible for cost matters and for the opposition proceedings in legal matters of the police In the area of the ZIMS, you are in direct contact with the clerks:inside and agree with the competent internal reporting bodies to the technical feedback You independently evaluate the case-law and legal developments in the clerk:internal protection as well as the indications and their processing of queries from the reporting authorities and identify resulting needs for action and implementation
