As a location manager (m/w/d), you assume the overall responsibility for the operational and organisational management of the LMI Steinbach site. You report to the management of the Löwenstein Group. Discipline and operational management of the entire organization, taking over the leadership of all employees at the site Active organisational and personnel development, ensuring smooth processes in ongoing and new projects Stakeholder management, close cooperation with sales and product management as well as representation of the location to customers and business partners Close coordination with the other Löwenstein companies and central areas of the group Operational Excellence, Optimization and Professionalization of Processes Without Agility Loss

Multiannual experience in management positions with comprehensive personnel and earnings responsibility, understanding for family businesses in dynamic growth areas Management personality with entrepreneurial mindset, pronounced “hands-on” mentality and high affinity to the middle class Leadership competence, control of transformation and change processes with constant motivation for organization and teams Clear focus on sustainable, profitable growth and excellent customer satisfaction High loadability and enforcement strength, combined with analytical sharpness and sound commercial understanding Academic background in economics, industrial engineering or comparable discipline Industry expertise in medical technology, ideally with specialization in ventilation / ventilation / respiratory devices Negotiating German and English skills, additional foreign languages are a plus Regular presence at the Steinbach site, occasional readiness to travel nationally and internationally
