E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for planning, coordination and further development of the web shop in cooperation with an agency – incl. Conception, operation and construction of online showrooms and white label shops Construction, maintenance and further development of the CMS and Shop system as well as the development of new functions, content and UX approaches Implementation of landing pages as well as creation and maintenance of digital advertising media (e.g. banners, teaser, product texts) Interface management to agencies, shop developers and internal departments (including sales, marketing, shipping and accounting) Analysis of user behavior to optimize customer journey and shop performance Supporting internal customers with webshop services and collaboration on special digital projects

Completed studies in business, media, communication, (economic) computer science or comparable training with relevant professional experience Found practical experience in the design and implementation of e-commerce solutions and digital content formats Very good knowledge in handling CMS and shop systems as well as technical understanding Analytical thinking and safe handling of web analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) Knowledge of web technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS) and digital tools (e.g. Tag Manager, SEO/SEA) Self-responsible, structured working with hands-on mentality, pronounced service orientation and team spirit Willingness to work in a hybrid working model with two days per week at the Straßlach site German and English skills
