As Strategic Buyer IT (m/w/d), you play a central role in strategic purchasing for IT-relevant product groups. Together with your Category Manager, you develop global procurement strategies, implement complex sourcing initiatives and actively shape our global supplier portfolio. You work closely with internal stakeholders, international teams and external partners to ensure sustainable, economic and innovative solutions.

YOUR ACTIVITY: Support in the planning and implementation of the category and procurement strategy for IT goods groups (hardware, software, IT consulting) Implementation of market, supplier and donation analyses Planning and control of RFI/RFP processes and contract negotiations with global market leaders in the IT sector Support in optimizing our software landscape with a view to the future strategic orientation Use of Analytical Tools in Benchmarking Analysis Building, maintenance and further development of strategic supplier relations Assessment of supplier performance and derivation of improvement measures Close cooperation with internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements Coordination and knowledge exchange with international strategic buyers and IT colleagues, in particular license management Identification and implementation of best practices for continuous optimization

Complete studies in the field of business, IT or comparable qualifications At least 5 years of experience in strategic purchasing, ideally focusing on software procurement Safe handling of strategic sourcing methods (RFI/RFP, negotiations, contract design) in international business Experience in supplier management and evaluation of supplier performance Embossed analytical skills, ideally experience with AI-assisted analysis models Very good understanding of IT products, services and relevant market structures Strong communication and negotiation capabilities, also in English Ability to prepare complex issues structured and strategically High self-initiative, enforcement and stakeholder management competence Strong willingness to work in the team and live the “Win-Together”
